A typical consultation take about 30 minutes or less to complete. We will walk the project with you to gather all the information necessary to prepare your estimate.
Do you offer warranty?
Yes, we offer a 1-year warranty on our work.
Will I need a deposit to begin?
Yes, we will require a minimum of 10% of the total amount depending on the size of the project.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash or check only.
Do you charge per hour?
No, we believe in providing flat prices on our estimates.
Are you Insured?
Yes, we are covered with a general liability insurance policy.
Can you give me a quote over the phone?
The reason we don't provide quotes over the phone is that we want to give you the most accurate price. Every job is unique, we need to be able to see your project so you can receive the best advice.
Do you charge for estimates?
No, we never charge for any estimates or bids.

When I get different quotes from several companies, they are never the same. Why is there such a price difference?
The cost of a job is determined by the level of thoroughness, attention to detail, and quality desired.
How long will my project take to complete?
Each project is unique. We will discuss with you the approximate start date and completion date of your project before work gets started.
How will I receive the estimate (quote)?
We will prepare a detailed estimate outlining the services that will performed. It will be sent to your inbox within 3 business days.
How will you protect my furniture and belongings from dust and over-spray?
We always cover all flooring, furniture, and belongings with drop cloths, paper, or plastic.
Will you pull permits with the city?
Yes, we can pull permits if necessary for the project.
Will you do our project if we purchase the material?
Yes, we can work with you. We actually prefer for the client to provide all finished materials.
Do you build ADU's?
Yes, we can build your ADU for you.
